Effordable Flyers does not guarantee the delivery of all flyers ordered. There are various email filters that may stop flyers from entering your selected realtor markets. Effordable Flyers will not be held responsible for emails that are not delivered due to spam filters, RECIPIENTS changing their email addresses, or any other privacy settings RECIPIENTS might have on their email accounts.
3. Limitation of Liability

Effordable Flyers has the right to cancel any Customer account or flyer at any time. Effordable Flyers follows strict spam laws and state laws concerning email guidelines, and does not allow fraudulent material to be distributed through our email system.
7. Compliance with Laws
Customer assumes all knowledge of applicable laws and is responsible for compliance with any such laws. Customer may not use the Effordable Flyers service in any way that violates applicable state, federal, or international laws, regulations or other government requirements. Customer further agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
8. Security and Credit Card Information
